Hello all, this is my ultimate favourite tip, you can experiment with different scents and of course it’s cheap and cheerful and simple to make.
DIY febreze – lavender, lemon and eucalyptus
Fill an empty spray bottle with water, a tablespoon of baking soda and 10 drops of essential oils for each scent, with strong oils such as eucalyptus I use around 5 drops. I also use lavender, which is an antiseptic and lemon. Both eucalyptus and baking soda eliminate strong odours. I spray it on my sofas, cushions, tapestries and carpets and it truly lasts.
